Minimizes the Risk of Damage to Buried Lines To minimize the risks associated with
drilling or excavating at a site, NSIS uses
electronic equipment and other methods in an effort to
locate traceable underground utility lines at a given
site. The suite of electronic tools and methods used by
NSIS includes: Radio frequency (Rf) direct connection;
Radio frequency induction; Ground Penetrating Radar
(GPR), Magnetic field (Mf) anomaly detection, ferrous
Metal detection, and various mechanical snakes. All Work is Completed

multiple locating methods; other buried lines may only
